Where it started

Gianna Page's career started on the sales floor. She spent years in luxury retail, first in fragrance and then leading a jewelry sales team in New York, learning what it takes to build a great team and take care of the people on it.

Finding HR

Later, while managing a busy Manhattan medical practice, she began interviewing candidates for the company's recruiter and realized this was the work she loved. Nobody had taught her HR, so she learned it one question at a time, and saw firsthand how hard it is for a business when no one knows the answers.

Building from scratch

From there she went all in. She helped build the HR function at a startup aviation company and grew with it from about 75 to more than 250 people through a merger, led recruiting at another fast-growing aviation company, and ran People Operations for a multi-location luxury retailer. Along the way she earned her SHRM-CP and found what she loves most: building things from the ground up, helping managers develop their teams, handling employee relations with care, hiring well, and making benefits make sense.

Why Next Page HR

Next Page HR is for founders in the same place she once was: smart, capable, and new to HR. Not knowing is normal. Staying unsure is what gets risky. Gianna makes sure you know what you need, have it in place, and have someone to call when things get hard.

Outside of work

An Orlando native, Gianna spent almost ten years in New York City before settling in Naples, where she lives with her dog, Charlie.
